If i went back to court regarding the matter could the court then actually change my court order in light of the fact that his girlfriend is now pregnant ? i believe she has sold her house and moved in to mine.

Hi ! Does anyone know if and how you are meant to let the other party know you are now representing yourself legally? I noticed a tick box on the form that is required to be sent off to the court Is this a requirement to let the other party know and in what format? Thank you!
