I have been divorced for 2 years, we had a 'clean break' divorce with a lump sum payment to my ex wife. Transfer of the deeds into my sole name was delayed as we had a interest only mortgage, the mortgage term end on the 28th of February 2018. The bank is owned £201,000 The house has been on the market and is now sold (subject to contract) All was going well until my ex wife said she wont sign
