Right so current situation is that current husband is unable to pay my share in a lump sum, does not want to remortgage or sell etc etc lots of tandrums... So I'm happy with him paying this amount after all our calculation it's around £5600 which can be divided and paid in monthly instalments, but what I'm not happy about is the period it takes to pay off. Which is bloody 15 years! I was told

What counts as valuable assests? I have been given a solicitors form and I've to declare assests over £1000 per item.. then I see Form E saying only if over £500? do iPhone and iPad count? They were both boought from an Asian country from current husband in the past as gifts. Much cheaper than Uk ones, and he's not got proof of how much he paid but wants to add them into my assests pot so h

I don't know much about legal, but when do I use the term buy out? Does it only apply if I have a joint share of the house with current husband I.e. My name is also on the property? Or does that apply too if my name is not on it

I see people putting the notional fees in the consent order, but on actual calculation should I still deduct this fee before we divide the remains between each other? If not selling? Also do I have to calculate vat on top as well? Well confused? I don't want to omit this part in consent order if it's compulsory. Just need t make sure calculations are correct to avoid consent order being rejected

Ok so house value is £273333, mortgage is £110303 Based on his calculation the £5800 comes from 1.75% of house value plus another 20% of this value? Wth?!

True Unfortunately he stressed many times hes not giving up the house, he will end up in streets if sold. And the house is made of timber frame so selling is going to be even difficult. Sorry to bump up this I asked a few other people, they said they don't deduct the fees, calculation is only value-mortgage = equity which you put the value in the 'statement of information for consent order form'? And the fact is he got valuation by 3 estates agents and they were all free of charge and still he deducted a few K of the divorce calculation to cover the free fee valuation. The

Hi I see along with the consent order I also have to epinclude the statement if information and financial order forms. Can anyone let me know if the statement if information one needs signature by a solicitor? What happens if we are negotiating between ourselves only? We still need to go to solicitor?

Part of the form says u are suppose to fill in monthly income, now how do landlords fill in monthly income when it's inconsistent? I.e..some rooms are filled in by tenants and sometimes they are empty? So how does this work?

How to calculate net property of house? I am told different things, the property of net is the following calculation Current value minus the mortage to pay But then another is saying that it should be Current value minus (mortgages plus other tax fees) Which one is correct? Anyone?
