Apologies for not providing more details, the kids are 1 and 3. I don't know any details about her cancer/treatment or disability as I just heard informally about it from her GP (who is a family friend) and I think I may need to go thru the formal channels to obtain paperwork to prove it. She would not let me see the children now so I cannot even answer you whether she looks after them well! She

Just send her to Russia, don't sponsor her marriage visa in the UK. She will have no chances of finding you or chasing after money as they will not allow her in! (unless she is a neurosurgeon able to secure a work visa of course)

No she cannot stay in the UK as she is on marriage visa and this comes to an end soon. Ok thanks I will think this over.

Why do I need then to settle the financial issues, even if she gets something like 10% of the house (her contribution roughly towards the renovation), how would she use it if she cannot live in the country (unless she married someone else for visa which I would not dismiss completely)?
