Hi I will keep this as short as possible been divorced over two years after a long court battle I have decoded to give my ex wife the house. There is no mortgage on the property the house is in joint names all I want to do is to transfer the property to her. Is this something I can do myself? I have tried to find a guide online but unfortunately no luck yet. I managed the paperwork for the divo

Thanks for the advice I will set the ball rolling as soon as possible. It does need sorting out as the house is paid for but I am giving her an amount per month to support her because she has been "dependent on me" over the years, I call it bone idle but there you go lesson learned. Thanks again

Hi The £10K is in an account with my wifes name on the savings book. We used to use it as a holiday accound but since the split she has denied the account exists. I was quoted this amount of fees from my solicitor. If I had the money I would gladly take the matter to court using a solicitor. Dont know what chance I would have in court without a solicitor

Hi I will keep this short and to the point. left my wife two years ago, divorce finalised last year, house paid for by myself as my wife brought up my daughter, married for 19 years.
