Hi I am giving my 50% share of house to my ex wife. Now she applied for transfer of tile in bank. Please could you explain me how Transfer of Title works ? is that mean she can take full mortgage on her name from joint mortgage and transfer the house from joint to sole ? or is she keep joint mortgage and take only house from joint to sole ? Hi My divorce has been granted. But i want to do now consent order. My ex wife taking mortgage on her name. She found the mortgage and now she called me to sign land registry paper. I want to know when do i have to sing the land registry paper. After consent order or Before ?

Hi David, Thanks for your above answer. What does it mean "The order says that decree absolute shall be pronounced forthwith." ? That mean i don't need to apply decree absolute again ! Regards Manish

This is the right text says below in order Before District Judge (Name) sitting at the Family court at on 14th October 2015 Upon hearing the petitioner in person And Upon hearing the respondent in person Permission to Respondent to apply Decree Absolute and upon such application having been made IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. Hi I had hearing 2 weeks ago. Me and my Ex reach an agreement about finance (Just waiting for her mortgage).I had Hearing about Decree absolute. I have filled the D36 last year in October.
