The discrepancies in the pensions are quite large...my husband has 3 pensions all the CETVs are dated 2015....I have a pension which i have updated from one of the same companies and it arrived in 3 days..... Hi thanks for your reply... i dont pay into any other scheme i have a very tiny pension account thats just sitting there i have checked and it can be pd into it although they charge me 3% for the advice to do so! i had heard about the tax free sum and the left over amount being subject to tax. what is meant though at your marginal rate? i hope to be back up and running again so to speak and

Hi . im still battling on with my divorce and wanted to ask a question as i cant seem to find a direct answer on the internet and my own solicitor is in court my solicitor is pushing me to pension share my husbands pension however as there is an outstanding mortgage on the house and should i be in the position to be given it i will need a cash lump sum to clear the mort as i am coming out

I am attending my final court hearing at the beginning of march I have been asked several times through this grueling 18 months to supply a CETV for my pension which i have done. Thanks for your reply he has £144,000 worth of his own cash this is not tied with the business if i have the house at 214,000 that is surely a tied up asset as is his pension of £134,000.00 i only suggested it and the mediator said it was reasonable we both get half of the endowerment next year which is split down the middle as cash

Mine was supposedly sent on the 4th sept...taking into account the weekend followed straight after I.,m presuming they received it on the 7th so that will be 5 weeks on the 12th oct I,m going to phone the recptionist at my solictiors on monday to make sure it went out as if divorce isnt stressful enough!!!!
