My ex-husband and myself separated in June 2014, after he had an affair. The decree absolute has been granted. We are young, short marriage,no children, but did own a house, which I have lived in since we separated. My solicitor drew up a consent order which we both agreed to, and it was stamped by the judge, this included me taking over the mortgage and giving him a small lump sum to transfer

Hi, I wonder if somebody can help me. I got married in Oct 2012 and my husband left me for another woman in June 2014, we have no children. We brought our house with an equity loan and 5% deposit just before we married.
