Consent Order and change of surname.
Outland47 - 23 February, 2018 08:58PM
Hello All.

The Consent Order is about to be signed by all parties.

But it appears the Applicant will be getting married in the coming year or so.

So my question is please, now the Applicant will have a new surname, will this effect the Consent Order as the Applicant's surnames will be different?

Many thanks,

It will make no difference whatsoever. It is the same person.
