Spousal maintenance triggering events

I am trying to agree the terms on which spousal maintenance would cease. My thoughts are this would be if

1) my ex dies or I die
2) my ex remarries
3 my ex cohabitates with another person greater than 6 months

Do these seem typical? I am not sure about cohabitation and any advice given appreciated.

The 1st two are irrelevant as they are automatic in law.

Not sure about 3 - seems fair to me...but whether that's a legal position I am not certain.

Definitely the cohabitation, why should you continue to support her and her new squeeze.

There is also when any dependent children cease full time education which might be a trigger event, if that is then you should clearly agree upfront what constitutes full time education, will Uni count?

No paying until education finishes at 18
