Please keep us updated as the legal process runs it's course , I am genuinely interested to hear what happens, I don't think you have much chance but will happily eat the hat that my posting name implies if I am proved wrong.

If it has a value then it's an asset, not sure why you can't get your head around this?

Except your pension, of course.

Good luck with the appeal, though you might as well get a stack of £50 and burn them for the amount of value you'll get.
