I am the wife and respondent in the divorce.
Early this year a made an offer to my husband, and he recently made a counter offer which I accepted. I never considered the mortgage balance when I accepted his offer, can I re-negotiate with them while they are drafting the consent order? I also noticed an error on the figures after agreeing to their offer.
It has been over 3 months since they received my sol letter agreeing to their counter offer. Since then we have received a couple letters advising the consent order will be drafted in due course.

You should tell your solicitor this before you go any further.
