Consent order agreed?
Pash167 - 23 November, 2017 12:06PM
Hello
Basically done a cheap as possible divorce, only fees was for court + consent order.
Reached decree nisi granted, I've also sent off drafted consent order.
Now I am stumped as I reiceved 1 out of 3 copies of the consent order back. It has the judges name + date hand written in and also a court stamp on the top right. However on the last page were the judge was meant to sign it hasn't been. Their was no cover letter or alterations to the order.
Does this mean the consent order is granted, and they only sign the copy they seal?.

Just want to be sure before I send off the D36 to end the marriage.

Thanks
Chris
