Hello All,

First Marriage - In India (2009)
Divorce case launched In India during 2012 at this time I was in UK holding a permanent Resident Visa.

2016 December
Officially Divorced in India and have the original Court Order - During the Divorce I was a Naturalized British Citizen.

Second Marriage
2017 April - Married again for the second time and have the Marriage Certificate from India.

Please clarify that I am in the process of applying for a settlement visa for my wife and I have the original court order and the new marriage certificate and I would like to know Is there anything that I have to do to certify the court order either in India or UK to process the settlement visa for my wife.

It seems to me you are asking for immigration advice rather than divorce advice.
