Redundancy following sealed order
Drjones - 15 October, 2017 02:11PM
To whom it may concern
Following a recent final hearing and sealed financial order I wish to persuade my ex partner for illegal activity including assault and perverting the course of justice.
The problem is that she is a police officer and even if not criminally convicted, may lose her job via professional standards should I complain. She has used this as a means of doing what she has wanted to me knowing I can not complain or it would change her financial position.
I am agrieved by her actions and have evidence that her police friends assisted her in her claims and believe that she and the police should answer for their actions but could the Financial case be Re opened should she lose her job?
Obviously I want to see justice but it may significantly cost me financially in doing so if the case can be re owned.
