First appointment..possible outcome

I am 53yrs old,always been a homemaker,currently care for my disabled mother,so claim benefits.
One child of 13yrs old, receives £25 per week voluntary maintenance.
Currently live in the family home which is mortgage free.
No pensions, savings or anything of value.

STBX,retired and claiming state pension
(fibs about his self employed income so no point going there)
Rents/boards room at a friends house.
No private pension, savings or anything of value.
We were married for 27yrs.
House value approx...£130k

I would like to stay in the family home with our child until 18/19yrs old.
Do not want spousal maintenance.
And i am hoping for a 70/30 split of the family home,in my favour.
STBX wants 50/50 split.

We have a First Appointment on 30th October.
My questions are:

Is there any chance it can all be over at this appointment if we reach an agreement on that day ?

Will it be a clean break order ?

Most importantly...am i asking for too much with regard to the split ?

I am self repping,STBX will be represented.
