I home tutor our child,are the following things acceptable as needs for children,or are they leisure and lifestyle,therefore not taken into account for financial requirements in section 3.

Guitar lessons (i pay for these weekly)
Book club (monthly subscription)
Home Ed supplies (stationary,work books etc)
Public Transport Educational Trips (we visit places of interest,museums etc at least once a month)

They are the sort of thing that often go into a list of needs. Do bear in mind though that after divorce the same income usually has to provide for two households rather than one so very often every need cannot be met.
