Form E 4.3 my contributions..don't want answer to sound bitter

Form E other information,it asks about contributions made to the family etc..
Although hubby worked full time, that in his eyes was all he needed to do as a husband and father.
So i was the cook, cleaner, bottle washer, taxi service, nurse, playmate etc. I did absolutely everything for him, myself, the kids and home.
I organised everything, made all the calls, taxied the kids to wherever, picked them up,he didn't know what a bill looked like for nearly 30yrs,i even made all his doctor, dentist etc appointments.
How do you word that in a nutshell and without sounding bitter.?

The court's recognise the homemaker as making an equal contribution. So your non financial contribution for the past 30 or so years will be recognised.

Thank you Bubblegum for your reply.
I am aware that a non financial contribution is an equal contribution, even if hubby does keep saying I have "never worked"
I just wondered how I word the fact that when it came to children/family life,I was the ONLY contributer.
I was the sole carer.Yes hubby provided financially but that was his only contribution. He never took an interest in anythin to do with the children in any way shape or form.
I suppose I just let it go and put my contribution was homemaker.

That's the correct answer (to the extent that there are 'right' answers to these things). It says all that needs to be said.

The rest of the form speaks for itself when you get the corresponding form E. It is completely obvious who dealt with the domestic and emotional labour in my case - me!
