karen9764 - 22 August, 2017 06:49AM
Who do I need to send copies of bank statements, car valuations, medical report etc..to.?
Is it just to the court when I send in Form E or do I have to provide copies of 12 months bank statements to ex's solicitor too when we exchange.

The court is usually content with the filing of Form E. It does not usually require the supporting documents to be filed. That is because at important appointments the applicant is supposed to provide the court with a bundle containing all relevant documents including bank statements.

Where both parties are litigants in person I suppose a court needs to know what has been supplied and what has not but when parties are represented by solicitors it is usually not necessary to file supporting documents with the court when filing a Form E.
