Hi to whoever is reading this. I have joined this forum as i am currently filling in FORM E. I will be self representing, not sure if that is a good idea or not but cannot afford a solicitor. Some of the form is quite straightforeward but there are parts where i am at a complete loss. As i work through the form do i just post messages regarding the section i need advice on.

Would be better to post a list of queries on one post rather than multiple posts

Thank you HatMan...
General information, i receive voluntary maintenance for 1 child but hubby keeps saying as there is no order he can stop payments anytime,do i still put details of the maintenance ?
On section 2 of Form E Financial details, does anyone know how i estimate the cost of sale of the property ?
Section 3 Capital needs,is it ok to put details of the type of property i will need even if it is going to cost almost as much as the total equity in the current family home ?
Do i need print outs of the value of my car ?
Thank you to anyone who can help or advise me.
