Bury St Edmunds -Decree Absolute turn around?
Karloss - 14 August, 2017 08:01PM
Hello,
I am waiting for my six weeks and a day after the Nisi before I can apply for the decree absolute.

Does anyone have recent knowledge of how long they take to turn them around at the moment?

Thanks for any info.

Not sure about timescales but I know that BSE court have been shippping people in from other courts to do overtime for them again. I take it from that they have got in a mess rather than generally trying to speed up the service.

Decree absolute normally comes out within about a week of applying for it. It rarely takes any longer.
