Got Deemed Service, what do I do next?
james_19742000 - 15 July, 2017 10:31AM
OK, after several months of trying, the court have sent me confirmation this morning that the form I filled in a few weeks ago has now been accepted as deemed service, I am doing a DIY divorce as its quite straight forward etc, just wondered what I do now, the court has all the forms up to this point, do I now need to do more forms to prompt the decree nisi or will the court get around to my case as a matter of course from here so I don't need to do anything?

Any ideas please?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure of the process as I have a solicitor but one thing I have picked up is that the financial agreement, which is separate from the divorce, must be finalised before the decree absolute is obtained.
