Consent Order
SteveTan - 28 June, 2017 10:20AM
Hi all.

I am currently going through a very acrimonious divorce. My ex has stated to my solicitor that she does not want "a 'pension provision order' and a 'clean break' " to form part of this process.

What does this mean in layman's terms?

Thanks, Steve

She does. It want to take any of your pension and is probably looking to get maintenance from you. A clean break is just that, neither of you have any further financial dealings with each other once you have split the finances.

You really need to see a solivitor to make, sure you arent stitched up.
