Wife got extra marital affairs, husband want divorce
Mike78 - 27 June, 2017 08:57AM
I am married for almost 10 years and now from the last 2 years there has been lot of stress going on between me and my wife.
She also got extra marital affairs, which would be hard to prove in court.

What will happen to financial settlement if I apply for the divorce in terms of financial settlement.

1. Before marriage, I have 1 house in my country on my name.
2. After marriage my wife cheated and get another house on her name in my country.
3. House in Edinburgh on joint name.

Q1. Now my parents are asking about the house to put on their name as they helped me to buy that house before marriage. If I do that that would not be counted during the split ?
Q2. My wife is putting all her salary and other deposits in some other bank account, which I haven't got any clue. Does this mean that that all money is not count ed during split ?

In nutshell I want to pay back to parents for all their efforts and don't want to suffer them because of our relation. Please advice ?

Thanks a lot
Alora
