Community of property - Yes or No
saffa999 - 12 June, 2017 06:26PM
Hi

I was married in 2010 at a Registrars office in London.

Were we married in community of Property. If unsure how do I find out.

Thank you

There is no such thing as 'community of property' in English divorce law. That is a concept that belongs to other legal jurisdictions. Trying to work out how things will pan out by reference to a legal concept which has no place in English law is going down the wrong path.
