ADVICE NEEDED
blackbeltuk - 31 May, 2017 09:47AM
Hi

I called the Family Court in St Edmunds this morning. My soon to be ex was sent paper 3 weeks ago and I hadn't heard anything as yet back from the court. I was told by the court when I called she has asked for some time to seek legal advice. I asked how long can she hold off proceedings, the court told me its was in my hands and I could take the next step. So by calling the court she admitted to receiving the papers. So I cant serve the papers on her again because she has said she has received them. The court has advised I should talk to CA for the next step.

So I would like to ask could anyone advice me what I should do next.

Would like to add we have been separated for 7 years.

Regards
Ricky
