Sorry for many questions, but can I add a covering letter to my consent order? As the deal seems a bit unfair to me, but I want to some explanations to the judge why.

Yes, you have asked a lot of questions - and they all show that (a) English is not your first language and (b) you have no idea about what you're trying to do. Find a solicitor who speaks your first language - you need help.
