Adjournment of FDR
Greengrass - 30 April, 2017 02:01PM
Hi there. I'm going through Financial settlement at the moment. The FDR due a couple of months ago was postponed a few days prior to the hearing. However, I'e found out that the hearing went ahead and that my ex attended.
How can this happen?

You can't have an FDR with only one party present. I'm not sure what has happened here. I would suggest you ring or email the court on Tuesday morning asking for an explanation. Why was the FDR postponed in the first place?
