Pension sharing how it works?
xhikarux - 22 April, 2017 02:01AM
Husband think my pension pot has a huge lump sum. Just wondering if anyone know how pension is shared? I'm still obtains the cervix value which I have no clue in how much it's worth. But his solicitor has an eye for my pension

What is the likelihood of my pension been split ?
I have been paying NHS pension for around 5 years and we have been married for 3 years and cohabitat for 1 year. We have one child just over 14months

Impossible to say without knowing things like your ages, the value of your respective pensions and the value of any other matrimonial assets. These things are not decided in the abstract. The details matter.
