filling in the prayer
blackbeltuk - 15 April, 2017 11:00AM
Hi.
New here. I Have just received a copy of my marriage certificate and now filled in my forms. I have filled in the last section ( the prayer) me and my Ex have no financial involvement. house debts etc no children under the age of 18. As everything was sorted
over 3 years ago. on the prayer under section 3 I was advised to tick in the boxes. that will stop her and me from chasing either party from chasing any other money is this correct. The only thing I have is my pension which I have offered her half as not to drag things on. I was told to inform her via my pension adviser. twice I inform her and she hasn't replied to either message. we have been separated for 7 years now.
Regards
