Interesting dilemma on pension share
jjmclure - 22 March, 2017 07:28PM
Hi

Ex arranged a pension sharing annex and financial order, through the cheap online services, I filled in paperwork my end, signed it all, however it now appears ex got the pension sharing % wrong by a massive amount, stating it and signing to it on the form, which favours me.

What would you do? Been sent forms to amend.

Was the share of pension detailed in a consent order?

I would have thought that was it then if she agreed that share and it was put into a consent order that has been approved by the court. It sure if she can go back to get that revisited or not. Just by you completing some forms shouldn't make the pension company pay her any more as they have to go by what is on the pension sharing order stamped by the court

Was it her deciding on what share she wanted?

One of the perils of doing the finances on the cheap
