Hi,
I can't answer all the questions you have asked, but will have a go at some of the issues.
1. Your husband can not be liable for debts in your name although they can be considered marital debts when assets/ property are divided in divorce.
2.UK and India have a REMO agreement - this is Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (REMO). So a UK child maintenace order should be enforceable if your ex moves to India.
3. You may still be eligible to claim DLA for the child - may be worth looking into.

Try and concentrate on the divorce/ maintenance side of things rather than the debts side as there are various things you can do on that side of things if it gets too much to cope with.

Depending on what assets and income is left after taking into account expenses for accommodation, food and everything else you can look into Debt Relief Order, IVA or Bankruptcy.

I would also recommend calling women's aid or rights of women. They both have helplines where someone can advise you.
