50:50 of house paid monthly? Not lump sum?

50:50 split of the house, is that usually paid as lump sum? Can it be paid monthly for a certain period? Husbands trying to say he's got no money and can only pay me monthly for the next 15 years.. is that possible? We are talking about £550 per monthly for the next 15 years

It would be usual for either the house to be sold and you get you money from the sale or he re-mortgages for the amount he needs to pay you as a lump sum.
