Clean break when paying maintenance?

Can u have a clean break order when one is still paying child or spouse maintenance? Can clean break be applied if one is paying for a fixed period only?

This is my understanding;
Child maintenance would not be included in a clean break order.
You could get a capital clean break order against all assets now.
You can have a full clean break written in to your order after a fixed term of SM.
