Transferring finance in bank

How to deal with husband who tries to transfer most of his money to someone else's bank account to avoid paying out to wife and child?

Once you get to the sorting of the finances he will need to provide bank statements and you can question where the money has gone. if it looks like her was deliberately trying to get rid of the money it would be fairly obvious and I believe the court would not look favourably on this and assume that the money is still in his possession when it comes to deciding on a split.

Assuming there is evidence and not merely fanciful suspicion the usual remedy is an injunction to stop it.

If a spouse has been taking money from joint finances for years and has invested it without the others knowledge will they have to declare even if it had gone on for years?

Yes because technically if they are married it is still an asset of the marriage.
