Living under same roof after divorce?
Bbaby - 04 February, 2017 01:57PM
I have a child with me and I've called a few places to see if they accept mother and baby in studio flats. My response was it's a one bedroom flat only, so for one occupancy and baby will disturb others. My income is over £1000 ish and I'm really struggling to find accommodation after divorce as London is too expensive.
Was wondering if living in the same place after divorce is alright (temporary)? Does that affect anything? what evidence u need to give to show that u are divorce but still living under the same roof?

It is possible to have a divorce while living under the same roof and, indeed, some people continue to live together under the same roof after divorce. The main reason for doing this is usually economic. It is not uncommon.
