Hi ,

Would like to know about whether British citizen can file Divorce in India or not. ? My friend is from India and got citizenship in 2010 .

they got married in India and came here.

What the rules regarding this.?

If they live here why should they get a divorce in India? And if they do want a divorce in India rather than obtain a divorce in the country in which they live they will need to speak to a lawyer in India rather than the UK.
